Please note: This is not legally binding, but any party found to not adhereing to these rules will be subject to punishment.

By logging into our Minecraft server (hereafter referred to as Advancius or “the server”) or any affiliated web or social media sites, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions and to follow directions from staff members in addition to the terms below:

Definitions:

Advancius: Advancius refers to both the Minecraft server and all affiliated social media and web sites including but not limited to www.advancius.net and all associated Advanicus social media accounts such as on Youtube, Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Staff: Staff is defined as users ranked Mod, Community Manager, Staff Manager, Builder, and Developer. As well as the Juniors, Seniors, and Heads of each rank team.

- Information: Information includes, but is not limited to Player datafiles

- Anything created or obtained while playing on Advancius such as

- Player or container inventories

- Images (e.g., screenshots) of Advancius

- Builds (e.g, blocks placed or manipulated in any way, shape, or form while on Advancius)

- Text (e.g., chat, emails, or any other communication sent to or on any Advancius affiliated medium)

- Electronic information (e.g., IP addresses, information contained in applications, etc)

Non-Disclosure Agreement: A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is defined as a legally/non-legally binding contract in which a person or business promises to treat specific information as a trade secret and promises not to disclose the secret to others without proper authorization.

- Disclosing Party: The Disclosing Party is the Party that is delivering information to the Recipient Party.

- Recipient Party: The Recipient Party is the Party that is receiving Confidential information from the Disclosing Party.

Non-Disclosure Agreement:

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is issued to become effective on April 7th, 2019 between:

- The Advancius Staff Team hereinafter referred to as the “Disclosing Party” This party is being represented by all member(s} affiliated within said group deciding to give consent within this NDA.

And

- You, the Advancius Staff Member, hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient Party.” This party is being represented by all member(s} affiliated within said group deciding to give consent within this NDA.

- The Disclosing Party and the Recipient Party are referred to each as a Party and collectively as the Parties.

- The Parties wish to discuss certain business opportunities amongst each other. These discussions may require the Disclosing Party to disclose Confidential information to the Recipient Party. The Disclosing Party wishes to protect the Confidential information from being leaked out into the Public.

Confidential information means any information of or about the Disclosing Party that is:

- Identified as “confidential”

- Identified as “proprietary”

- Identified as “private”

- Any of the information that is described as Confidential is protected no matter the form of delivery, such as written or oral.

Effectiveness:

In order for the NDA to take effect, you, a member of the Recipient Party, must be able to comply with the NDA by providing a statement in your interview ticket channel in our Discord server that includes your in-game username.
